Bichronous Learning

This project examines a bichronous learning model that purposefully integrates synchronous and asynchronous modalities to deliver a flexible, interactive online professional development program for high school science teachers. Participants engage in real-time discussions with the research team and subject matter experts while completing self-paced tasks on their own schedule. By combining the immediacy of live interaction with the flexibility of independent work, this approach is designed to address diverse teacher needs and foster sustained engagement.
